redefinition, new operational process and system integration,
business standards development, and multi-site distribution
readiness

Created the financial and operational
business plan and directed cross-functional strategies
and operations to drive comp sales and gross margin increases
of 100-200% in target stores and 40% across the chain
in multiple departments of an off-price chain

Facilitated implementation of new vendor-to-store
distribution practices through redesign of planning, procurement,
allocation, and vendor communication processes, resulting
in reduction in on-hand inventory and faster flow of merchandise
to stores

merchandising, planning, procurement, marketing, and technology
processes for a major catalog and e-commerce business

consulting roles as Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche
and Senior Consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick. Larry also
served in technology development and integration roles with
