Damon is a successful entrepreneur with more than 11 years of professional consulting experience in project management, software/system development and implementation, business process reengineering, market research and analytics, and business strategy development and execution. His track record of successful projects and business start-ups demonstrates his ability to consistently deliver quality results and integrate industry best practices using sound management and decision-making skills, and strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

Damon's clients have included Best Buy, Bank One, Cardinal Health, Eli Lilly, Pharmacia and Upjohn, The Ohio State University, AAA, and Baxter Healthcare, as well as several start-up companies. Examples of his accomplishments include:

• Managing a five-year, $4 million program of evaluation and implementation of multiple off-the-shelf and custom build software projects for the Ohio Department of Transportation
• Founding a successful IT professional services consulting firm which was later acquired by a local management consulting organization
• Signing on as the first employee of an Internet start-up company and navigating the company to multi-million dollar growth and eventual sale to a national advertising firm
• Working with an Internet start-up real estate company to refine its business model and secure initial seed capital necessary to drive the next phase of their business strategy
• Co-founding an online leasing company later absorbed by a larger organization

Damon is a founding member of StrateSphere, providing management consulting and global sourcing services for small to mid sized businesses. He previously held positions with Blue Diesel, Venture Assets, and Scimus Information Systems, and has served as an independent technology and start-up consultant. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and holds his PMP certification.
