Dave
is a senior retail operations leader driving outstanding
customer service and strong financial results through
superior execution of store operations and corporate
support functions. He brings expertise in organizational
change, field and corporate infrastructure development,
talent assessment and acquisition, in-store customer
experience, expense management, and strategic planning.
He
has more than 25 years of retail operations experience
in close partnership with merchandising, marketing,
finance, loss prevention, and human resource functions.
His accomplishments include

structure and corporate support department from start-up
status to a robust retail organization driving sales in
excess of $1 billion and leading to a successful IPO.

seamlessly through timely talent acquisition, low management
turnover, and specifically designed new stores opening
programs.

Dave
most recently served as Senior Vice President of Operations
for DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse) and its leased businesses.
Previously, he was Vice President of Operational Support
for Value City Department Stores. Dave also served as VP
of Regional Operations and VP of Merchandise Presentation
for Hills Department Stores.
