Kevin Gadd

A recognized military and civilian leader for over 20 years, Kevin has held key leadership positions with several high-growth entrepreneurial ventures and the Air National Guard (ANG). These roles have provided extensive experience forming and growing diverse high performance teams; working with clients; and teaching the fundamentals of leadership. Kevin is known for his integrity, passion, and sense of humor.

Kevin has proven his capability with making order out of chaos and working with associates and clients to provide world class service. Most of his career has been spent in Information Technology, but he also has extensive experience in Human Resource functions. During his career he has been responsible for:

• Creating and leading IT integration services, project management, and quality assurance at a major provider of fulfillment and customer service for online retailers
• Co-founding an IT outsourcing company where he lead operations and human resources
• Creating and directing a formal mentoring program based on 16 enduring leadership competencies for almost 100 locations across the USA, which is available for 106,000 members of the Air National Guard
• Writing and leading training classes on mentoring, diversity, technology, customer service and leadership, as well as writing and producing a major training video on the formal mentoring program

Kevin serves as Chief Operating Officer of StrateSphere, providing management consulting and global sourcing services for small to mid sized businesses. He is also President of IPH Partners, which provides mentoring and diversity programs for progressive, leadership-focused organizations. Kevin is a Chief Master Sergeant and Program Manager for the ANG Mission Driven Mentoring Program and the State Human Resources Advisor for the Ohio ANG. Kevin has been a member of the ANG Advisory Board to the Air Force Association for the past five years and has spoken at many leadership events.
