Joe’s

- Selecting and coordinating over 250 suppliers in personal
care and candle industries to service more than 1,600 Bath
& Body stores with sales exceeding $2 billion
- Reducing average store inventory, significantly reducing
product lead times, and maintaining product service levels
above 98%
- Responsibility for multiple domestic and international
plants for a leading personal care company
- Serving as Plant Manager for a Unilever manufacturing facility
recognized by Industry Week magazine as one of America’s
best plants
- Leading the transition of major manufacturing facilities
from one corporate division to another, reducing management
and staff in the process.
Joe is
a Principal in HK Insights LLC, a product innovation and marketing
organization that assists clients in expanding revenue through
sustained market growth, sales productivity, and strategic
alignment of supply chain processes. Prior to this role, he
served as Senior Vice President Operations for Bath &
Body Works, with responsibility for worldwide sourcing, store
replenishment and allocation, and strategic alignment of the
supply chain supporting more than 1,600 store locations. Joe
was also a Director of Manufacturing and Plant Manager for
Unilever, worked with Johnson & Johnson, and served a
number of years on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Army.
