- Leading
strategic planning and site negotiation/acquisition for the
opening of more than
2,000 retail store locations across North America, and deploying
more than $1 billion in
development capital
- Maintaining
in-depth market and trade area knowledge of the top 75 designated
real estate
market areas
- Creating
extensive relationships with developers, landlords, and other
real estate professionals
- Creating
specialty investment, real estate development, brokerage and
consulting
companies that have worked with leading retail concepts including
DSW (Designer
Shoe Warehouse), Filene’s Basement, Quizno’s Subs,
Xando Cosi Coffee Bar,
BD’s Mongolian Barbeque, and Panera Bread
- Participating
in the creation of the strategy to build the bagel retailing
industry brand
leader by acquiring regional chains and opening prototype
units to dominate local markets
Dave is
Managing Partner of Pinpoint Real Estate Company, headquartered
in Pittsburgh. He has served on the Board of Directors and
as Chief Development Officer of Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp.
Dave was Senior Vice President and Real Estate Counsel for
Boston Chicken and National Real Estate Director for Blockbuster
Entertainment. He is a licensed real estate broker in several
states and a member of the Bar in Texas and Illinois.
